Estrella Insights - February Edition
March 1, 2024
As we just concluded Black History Month, we celebrate the contributions of African Americans and their legacy. Despite these moments of celebration, we also faced challenges and demonstrated resilience after witnessing one of the darkest days in recent immigration history, as the Texas Attorney General attacked and tried to shut down a Catholic non-profit migrant shelter in El Paso, Texas.
